Fiona has coached numerous leaders and senior executives and carefully selects clients who are most likely to benefit from working with her. These are leaders who have recently been promoted into their most senior role to date and need a thought partner to help them clarify their leadership goals, develop plans to achieve them and challenge their assumptions.
Fiona will introduce a range of mental models and thought prompters that are carefully tailored to that leader's specific challenges and transition. They will agree together what to try and the client will have time between sessions to road test their new approach in real situations.
Coaching programs typically include eight sessions of 90 minutes over a four to six month period. Sessions can be face to face in the Melbourne CBD or via video conferencing. The brochure below provides further information.
